Rafieri Tech was founded by Darlano Dwi Putra and Indira Setia Putri, two seasoned professionals with over 20 years of experience each in the Information Technology industry. With Indira serving as Chief Executive Officer and Director, our mission is to transform the hospitality industry by streamlining operations, supporting seamless system integration, and driving digital transformation.
Their careers span senior roles across leading corporations, SMEs, and startups, including senior leadership positions. Together, they bring deep expertise in IT sales, account management, business development, and software development—particularly in RPA and AI—as well as broad knowledge across networks, cloud infrastructure, managed services, security, and telecommunications.
In addition to their corporate backgrounds, and in parallel, they also bring over 20 years of combined entrepreneurial experience in the hospitality and e-commerce industries, along with 5 years of experience in the events and entertainment sector.

Driven by a shared passion for quality travel experiences, hospitality, technology, and exceptional customer service, and a deep understanding of the digital challenges in the accomodation sector, Rafieri Tech was founded to bridge a clear gap: the absence of seamless, integrated check-in and inhouse booking solutions. Our mission is to elevate the guest experience from check-in to check-out by streamlining booking workflows and optimising system integration for hotels and resorts.
We specialise in a closed-source, proprietary mobile application and software platform that enables hospitality providers to improve operational efficiency while exceeding modern guest expectations.
