1. User Rights
We respect the privacy and full control of our users over their personal data. Therefore, every user has the right to:

Permanently delete their account.

Erase all personal data associated with their account, except for data that must be retained due to legal or regulatory requirements.
2. How to Request Account Deletion
Users can submit a request to delete their account in one of the following ways:
Through the Application:

Open the menu Tabs > Profile > Profile Settings > Delete Account.

Follow the instructions to confirm the deletion.
Via Email:

Send a request to info@rafieritech.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.

Registered account name / email

Reason for deletion (optional)

3. Deletion Process

Requests will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days from the date of receipt.

Once the account is deleted, the associated data will be permanently removed from our servers, except for certain data required to be retained under applicable laws (e.g., financial transaction records).

Account deletion is final and cannot be reversed.
4. Consequences of Account Deletion

The user will no longer be able to access services with the deleted account.

Personal data, preferences, and activity history will be erased.

Access to subscriptions, points, or any active services will also be terminated.
